You can request an order through our website, by phone, or on Facebook. Orders will not be guaranteed until you speak with MaryAnn to ensure that the date and time that you need are available. We require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering to confirm your order. 

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or receipt. Please review this confirmation carefully to ensure all details are correct. Contact us immediately if there are any errors please contact us immediately.

We require a minimum lead time for different products:

· Cookies: 48 hours

· Scones: 24 hours

· Bread: 36 hours

Custom Cookies

We offer custom cookies tailored to your specifications. Please provide all relevant details, including design, flavor, color scheme and any dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.

We accommodate special dietary needs, such as gluten-free, and nut-free options. However, please note that while we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our products.

All prices are listed in and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.

We accept the following payment methods:

· Credit and debit cards ($30 minimum)

· Cash

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made:

· One week before the pickup/delivery time: Full refund minus the costs of any specialty expenses incurred for your order.

· Less than 24 hours before the pickup/delivery time: No refund

· On the day of pickup/delivery: No refund

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Orders can be picked up at our pickup location: Brooks & Co. 75 S Wyoming Ave. Edwardsville, PA 18704. Please bring your confirmation email or receipt for verification.

We offer delivery within a specified radius of our home bakery. Delivery charges apply based on the distance. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified time.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the date of modification.
